Absolutely, Irene! We incorporate the Word from both the New and Old Testaments in all of our PraiseMoves postures, Scripture Sequences and workouts.

I’d love to try PraiseMoves! So many people are promoting yoga, even church-goers. The kids version would be fun to do with my daughter.
