Additional Certifications Available

One must be a CPI (Certified PraiseMoves Instructor) in order to take any of these additional certifications. To become a Certified PraiseMoves Instructor, please see HERE for details and dates.

1. PraiseBarre Certification – one of our newest certifications by Dr. Laurette Willis is a fusion of PraiseMoves and Barre exercise. The moves are high-intensity movements with low impact. What sets PraiseBarre apart is that each class template follows the 7 Hebrew words for praise found in the Bible (Yadah, Hallal, Towdah, Shabach, Bārakh, Zamar, and Tehillah). We include praise scriptures from the Psalms incorporating these 7 ways to praise the Lord! It is a “blessed blast!”

2. PraiseMoves Gold Certification – with NolaJeanne Baird, CPIT (Available Online). Learn everything you need to know in order to teach modifications and variations of PraiseMoves postures and Scripture Sequences to the growing senior/elder population, as well as for those with limited mobility.

Understand their particular needs and concerns. NolaJeanne has taught seniors and those with physical limitations in a variety of settings and has authored most of the modifications for PraiseMoves postures. Enables you to include CPGI (Certified PraiseMoves Gold Instructor) as one of your certifications.

Certified MIRA Instructors (CMIs) comprise a vibrant community who shares new dances, songs, fitness routines, and helpful tips.

I am a Christian, 64 yr old with 7 years of Spa experience in data management. I learned alot there and love your program. I would like to learn it and share in my community. Please mail me step by step instructions for the quickest path to learning so I can share it quickly! Thank you for this program!

  3. I am a Christian, a physical therapist in a rehab setting, heading towards retirement, also have been doing yoga intermittently for the past 8 yrs. Just attended a new yoga class today that disturbed me, with much chanting (which I did not do). Was doing a bit of research on origins of yoga, etc. when came across PraiseMoves. I am interested. Would like more info and to attend a class.
