Our Mandate

Willis Ministries International exists to bring the Word of God into every person’s world through Christ-centered health, fitness, and personal transformation ministry.

We equip adults and children to be transformed by the renewing of their minds according to God’s Word (Romans 12:2), and to glorify God in both body and spirit (1 Corinthians 6:20).

Our calling is to raise Fit Witnesses for Christ — spirit, soul, and body.

What We Do

(One Mission. Seven Expressions.)

1. PraiseMoves® Fitness Ministry

PraiseMoves transforms workouts into worship by combining Scripture with physical movement. It provides a Christ-centered alternative to yoga and secular fitness, helping believers strengthen their bodies while renewing their minds on God’s Word.

Certified PraiseMoves Instructors (CPIs) offer classes online and in person around the world. We also host free classes, special events, and an annual CPI Conference for training, ministry, and recognition of excellence.

2. Personal Transformation Program

Dr. Laurette Willis provides complimentary breakthrough sessions, as well as faith-based coaching services, helping women experience freedom through prayer, Scripture, and Christian Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) aligned with biblical neuroscience.

3. W3 Sisterhood (Weightloss Without Willpower)

A faith-based group coaching community empowering women to release excess weight without dieting, deprivation, or shame — learning to go to the Comforter instead of comfort food through Scripture-centered tools, accountability, and weekly teaching.

4. The Fullness Retreat

An annual women’s retreat in Tulsa, Oklahoma offering PraiseMoves, workshops, worship, fellowship, and teaching to equip women to live as Fit Witnesses for Christ in everyday life.

5. PowerMoves Kids

The first character education and fitness program created for public, private, Christian schools, and home schools — endorsed by educators, parents, and the U.S. Dept. of Education for its values-based, age-appropriate approach.

6. Certified Health Coach Institute

Willis Ministries International through CHCI equips men and women of God to become Certified Health Coaches with a biblical worldview, offering a Christ-centered alternative to New Age-based health coaching programs.

7. Community & Worldwide Outreach

Willis Ministries International reaches people globally through digital media and broadcast outreach, including:
  • The PraiseMoves YouTube Channel, sharing Christ-centered fitness and Scripture-based encouragement
  • The Dr. Laurette Willis YouTube Channel (launching January 2026), featuring Christian Scripture Sleep Meditations, PraiseWalking™, and biblical mind-renewal teaching
  • Podcasts, radio programs, and guest appearances across Christian and secular media platforms
Through these channels, the ministry continues to extend hope, healing, and God’s Word worldwide.

As we look toward the years ahead, Willis Ministries International is committed to stewarding growth with prayer, wisdom, and accountability.

Ministry Growth Goals

  • 500+ Certified PraiseMoves Instructors worldwide
  • 20+ CPI Trainers serving in English and Spanish
  • 1,000+ women in the W3 Sisterhood worldwide
  • 10 W3 Coaches equipped to support women on their journey toward freedom and wholeness

Ministry Staff & Support

As Willis Ministries International grows and expands its reach, financial partnership is needed to support essential staffing that allows the ministry to operate effectively and with excellence. 
Current and anticipated needs include:
  • One part-time administrative worker (local to Tahlequah, Oklahoma) providing bookkeeping and accounting support
  • One part-time groundskeeper (local to Tahlequah, Oklahoma) to care for and maintain the Prayer Farm property
  • Two additional part-time administrative workers to support ministry operations (in addition to existing local and remote support)
  • One remote team member for video and audio editing to support teaching, training, and outreach initiatives
This staffing enables the ministry to steward growth responsibly while remaining focused on its core mission.

Facilities & Infrastructure

To support current ministry operations and prepare for continued growth, financial support is needed for significant facility and infrastructure improvements, including:
  • Upgrades and repairs to the Ministry Headquarters at the Prayer Farm north of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, including roof, wiring, flooring, foundation, and related structural needs
  • Construction of a 1,200 sq. ft. metal garage and storage building to house ministry vehicles, equipment, and supplies
  • Upgrading audio and video equipment to support outreach, teaching, and upcoming ministry projects
These improvements support the continued growth and reach of Willis Ministries International.

These needs are met through prayerful partnership and generous financial support from those who believe in the mission of Willis Ministries International.
