  1. Nice. Was wondering if there was an alternative to yoga … but really looking for a good step aerobics workout without being slimed by all the garbage in the music most classes at fitness clubs use. Any plans to develop some step aerobics and/or hip-hop workouts to Christian music and scripture?

    1. I hear you, Cherie! We do have what we call “Walkin’ Wisdom Warm-ups” on the PraiseMoves and 20-Minute PraiseMoves DVDs. These are aerobics with Scriptural affirmations – fun way to warm-up and proclaim the Word before the PraiseMoves workout. The teenagers do a great job — we have plans to do more with that, too!).

  2. I bought this dvd when it first came out. I finally started using it again. This dvd is no joke! It is hard core intense. I have been using this dvd and the 20 min work out and am extremely sore in my core. This dvd will work you out completely. It is very challenging and extremely fun. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a challenging workout.
