PM Workout: Refresh and restore at the close of day. Relaxed breathing, PraiseMoves postures and accompanying scriptures help release tension and renew the mind as we refocus on the Lord before drifting off to restful sleep.

Standing and seated postures are perfect for beginners, yet versatile enough to challenge experienced PraiseMovers. A short WWJD R&R (Rest & Relaxation) closes each 30-minute workout.
