  2. Janet Strunk says:

hello, I just recently discovered that a pastors wife was deep into yoga. On her pinterest page she has pinned a lot of chakra affirmations and diagrams. I have such a burden to pray for her.
I cannot approach her because she is obviously deceived and thinks it is harmless and helping her physical fitness and well being. Do you have a set of scriptures that I can use to pray over her.
And believe that she will come out of this deception.
    Thank you – Janet Strunk

  3. Mary says:

Hi, I´m a committed Christian and am aware of the deception & harm of Yoga for Christians.
I wanted to ask if your exercises include the same Yoga movements, but you have only substituted Biblical Scripture for meditation, or if you have actually changed each excercis , which I feel is a necessity.
I am interested, but want to make sure that none of the exercises are the same as the Hindu Yoga positions.
