I was wondering if this (20 Min Praise Moves) would work well for me. I am unable to bear much weight at all on my hands/wrists. I had a friend that had suggested yoga for me as a gentle exercise, but in addition to the uncomfortable feeling I had with the Eastern religion mumbo-jumbo, I found it quite painful on my hands and wrists. I would be so excited to find an alternative that would work for me!
